The location of the lodge is on the ground floor in a cosy and quiet street in the centre of Middelburg near the Oostkerk (East Church) and visible from the bedroom.

Your bicycles can be parked in the indoor bicycle shed. Bicycles are available for a small contribution (there are also bicycles for small persons). The bikes have 7 gears and are equipped with bicycle bags. They are very suitable for exploring the surroundings. If you are interested in these bikes, please let me know.

The Room
The room is comfortably and practically furnished, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed, a cosy sitting area with two lounge chairs and a coffee table, as well as ample storage space for your belongings. The bed is made up with a double duvet as standard, but can be prepared with two single duvets upon request.
Kitchen & Bathroom
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch or a warm meal during your stay. The bathroom includes a washbasin, toilet and a comfortable rain shower, allowing you to relax after a day exploring Middelburg or the surrounding Zeeland region.
Bike Storage & Bicycle Rental
Discover Middelburg and Zeeland by bike. Your own bicycles can be stored safely in the indoor covered bike storage area. No bike with you? Comfortable rental bicycles are available for a small fee, including bicycles suitable for smaller guests. The bikes feature 7 gears and bicycle bags, making them ideal for exploring the city, coastline and beautiful Zeeland countryside. Please let us know if you would like to make use of this service.
Parking
Paid parking applies in the centre of Middelburg from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00. Free parking is also available at Oude Veerseweg, approximately 700 metres from the accommodation.
Tourist Tax
We kindly ask that the tourist tax be paid in cash upon arrival.
Discount:
Tourist tax and cleaning costs are excluded from any discount.
Cancellation and no-show:
No charges will be made for cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date.
For later cancellations or changes, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, all nights will be charged.
Check-in!
Check-in is possible from 1 p.m. Please let us know your expected arrival time. Share this via email, text message or WhatsApp. You can change the time at any time.
Check-out is possible until 11 a.m.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Commercial use and illegal activities:
Prior permission is required for commercial use of the accommodation. Without this permission, commercial use is prohibited.
Any suspicion of illegal activities will be reported to the police.
Damage and/or loss:
As a rule, tenants and fellow travellers are liable for damage to or loss of inventory. In the event of damage or loss, compensation will be charged at the current market value of the damaged or missing item.
Number of guests:
Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight in the accommodation without prior notice.
Pets:
In principle, pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Exceptions to this rule can be made in consultation.
In case of violations, an additional cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to booking.
(Valuable) items:
Jurplace accepts no liability whatsoever for damage to or loss of (valuable) items belonging to the guest and his fellow travellers.
Bicycles:
The use of bicycles is at your own risk. Jurplace accepts no liability whatsoever for injury or damage sustained by the user or third parties while using the bicycles.
In the event of damage to the bicycles, the repair costs will be charged. In the event of loss of the bicycles, the current market value will be charged.
Environment:
Jurplace attaches great importance to the environment. Turn down the heating when you leave the accommodation, turn off the lights and switch off all technical devices when they are not needed. Separate your waste. There are various waste bins, namely a fruit and vegetable bin, a bin for plastic, beverage containers and metal, a paper bin, a glass bin and a bin for residual waste. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you in advance!

De kamer
De kamer is comfortabel en praktisch ingericht met een heerlijk boxspringbed, een gezellige zithoek met twee lage stoelen en een salontafel, en voldoende opbergruimte voor je spullen. Standaard is het bed opgemaakt met een tweepersoonsdekbed; op verzoek kan dit worden aangepast naar twee eenpersoonsdekbedden.
Keuken en badkamer
De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien om ontbijt, lunch of een warme maaltijd te bereiden. De badkamer beschikt over een wastafel, toilet en comfortabele regendouche, zodat je na een dag in de stad of de Zeeuwse omgeving heerlijk kunt ontspannen.
Fietsenstalling & fietsverhuur
Ontdek Middelburg en Zeeland op de fiets. Je eigen fietsen kunnen veilig worden gestald in de inpandige, overdekte fietsenstalling. Geen fiets mee? Tegen een kleine vergoeding zijn comfortabele fietsen beschikbaar, ook voor kleinere personen. De fietsen beschikken over 7 versnellingen en fietstassen en zijn ideaal om de stad, de kust en het Zeeuwse landschap te verkennen. Laat het gerust weten als je hiervan gebruik wilt maken.
Parkeren
In het centrum van Middelburg geldt betaald parkeren van maandag tot en met zaterdag tussen 08.00 en 20.00 uur. Er is ook een gratis parkeermogelijkheid aan de Oude Veerseweg, op ongeveer 700 meter van het verblijf.
Toeristenbelasting
De toeristenbelasting ontvangen wij graag contant bij aankomst.
