The lodging is located on the ground floor in the city centre. It has a modern, friendly and bright interior and you can use a private entrance. The interior consists of a sitting area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. Bicycle storage is available. Bicycles can be hired for a small fee.
The location of the lodge is on the ground floor in a cosy and quiet street in the centre of Middelburg near the Oostkerk (East Church) and visible from the bedroom.

Your bicycles can be parked in the indoor bicycle shed. Bicycles are available for a small contribution (there are also bicycles for small persons). The bikes have 7 gears and are equipped with bicycle bags. They are very suitable for exploring the surroundings. If you are interested in these bikes, please let me know.

The Room
The room has box spring bed, a sitting area consisting of two low chairs and a coffee table and a wardrobe to storage your belongings. The bed is standard made up of a double duvet, but can be made up with 2 single duvets on request.
Kitchen & Bathroom
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts to make a breakfast and lunch and the possibility to prepare hot meal.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and rain shower.
Location
You will have plenty of privacy in this modern and clean ground floor stay with the possibility of a private entrance. The high windows provide pleasant light. The stay is located in the centre on a quiet street. You will receive a friendly welcome so that you feel at home.
I have interaction with the guests when appreciated and I will give some information about the city and surroundings.
Carparking
Paid parking is available in the city centre from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. However, free parking is available on the Oude Veerseweg, approximately 700 metres from the stay.
Please pay the tourist tax upon arrival in cash.
Discount:
Tourist tax and cleaning costs are excluded from any discount.
Cancellation and no-show:
No charges will be made for cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date.
For later cancellations or changes, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, all nights will be charged.
Check-in!
Check-in is possible from 1 p.m. Please let us know your expected arrival time. Share this via email, text message or WhatsApp. You can change the time at any time.
Check-out is possible until 11 a.m.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Commercial use and illegal activities:
Prior permission is required for commercial use of the accommodation. Without this permission, commercial use is prohibited.
Any suspicion of illegal activities will be reported to the police.
Damage and/or loss:
As a rule, tenants and fellow travellers are liable for damage to or loss of inventory. In the event of damage or loss, compensation will be charged at the current market value of the damaged or missing item.
Number of guests:
Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight in the accommodation without prior notice.
Pets:
In principle, pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Exceptions to this rule can be made in consultation.
In case of violations, an additional cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to booking.
(Valuable) items:
Jurplace accepts no liability whatsoever for damage to or loss of (valuable) items belonging to the guest and his fellow travellers.
Bicycles:
The use of bicycles is at your own risk. Jurplace accepts no liability whatsoever for injury or damage sustained by the user or third parties while using the bicycles.
In the event of damage to the bicycles, the repair costs will be charged. In the event of loss of the bicycles, the current market value will be charged.
Environment:
Jurplace attaches great importance to the environment. Turn down the heating when you leave the accommodation, turn off the lights and switch off all technical devices when they are not needed. Separate your waste. There are various waste bins, namely a fruit and vegetable bin, a bin for plastic, beverage containers and metal, a paper bin, a glass bin and a bin for residual waste. De kamer
De kamer heeft een boxspringbed, een zithoek bestaande uit twee lage stoelen en een salontafel en een kledingkast om je spullen in op te bergen. Het bed is standaard opgemaakt met een tweepersoonsdekbed, maar kan op verzoek opgemaakt worden met 2 eenpersoonsdekbedden.
Keuken en badkamer
De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien om een ontbijt en lunch te maken en de mogelijkheid om een warme maaltijd te bereiden.
De badkamer heeft een wastafel, toilet en regendouche.
Ligging
Je hebt veel privacy in dit moderne en schone verblijf op de begane grond met een eigen ingang. De hoge ramen zorgen voor aangenaam licht. Het verblijf ligt in het centrum aan een rustige straat. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen zodat je je welkom en thuis voelt.
Wanneer het op prijs gesteld wordt zal er wat informatie gegeven worden over de stad en de omgeving.
Parkeren
Betaald parkeren in het centrum is van maandag t/m zaterdag van 8 – 20 uur.
Echter is er een gratis parkeergelegenheid aan de Oude Veerseweg, op ongeveer 700 meter van de accommodatie.
Toeristenbelasting graag contant betalen bij aankomst.
