The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a cosy and quiet street in the centre of Middelburg near the Oostkerk (East Church) and visible from the bedroom.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
If you do not show up (no-show), the total reservation amount will be charged.
Your bicycles can be parked in the indoor bicycle shed. Bicycles are available for a small contribution (there are also bicycles for small persons). The bikes have 7 gears and are equipped with bicycle bags. They are very suitable for exploring the surroundings. If you are interested in these bikes, please let me know.

The room of the apartment has box spring bed, a sitting area consisting of two low chairs and a coffee table and a wardrobe to storage your belongings. The bed is standard made up of a double duvet, but can be made up with 2 single duvets on request.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts to make a breakfast and lunch and the possibility to prepare hot meal.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and rain shower.
You will have plenty of privacy in this modern and clean ground floor apartment with a private entrance and high windows that provide pleasant light. The apartment is located in the town centre on a quiet street. You will receive a friendly welcome to make you feel welcome and at home.
I have interaction with the guests when appreciated and I will give some information about the city and surroundings.
Paid parking is available in the city centre from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. However, free parking is available on the Oude Veerseweg, approximately 700 metres from the accommodation.
Tourist tax has to be paid in cash on arrival.
Discount:
Tourist tax and cleaning fee are excluded from any discount.
Cancellation and No show:
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.

Check-in!
Check-in is after 1pm. Please let us know an indication of a time when you expect to arrive. Communicate this by e-mail, SMS or Whatsapp. You can always change the time.
Check-out is at 11am maximum.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. In case of violation, €50 extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Commercial use and illegal activities:
Commercial use and illegal activities are prohibited.
A prior request is necessary for commercial use of the apartment.
Without our permission, use is prohibited.
If illegal activities are suspected, a report will be made to the police.
Damage:
As a rule, tenants and fellow travellers are liable for damage to the inventory. In case of damage, compensation will be charged at the current market value of the damaged item.
Please inform us immediately of any damage.
Number of guests:
Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartment without advance notice.
Pets:
It is forbidden to bring pets into the apartment.
In case of violation, an additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Guests with assistance pets are asked to contact us before booking.
Security and valuables:
We do not accept any liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
Bicycles:
The use of bicycles is at your own risk. We do not accept any liability for injury or damage to third parties when using the bicycles.
In case of loss of bicycles, the daily value will be charged.
Environment:
We care about the environment, hopefully you do too. Therefore, please turn off lights and all technical devices when they are not needed. There are different bins for waste, namely Vegetable and Fruit bin, Plastic, Drink Cartons and Metal bin, paper bin, glass bin and a residual waste bin Separate the waste. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you!

De kamer van het appartement heeft een boxspringbed, een zithoek bestaande uit twee lage stoelen en een salontafel en een kledingkast om je spullen in op te bergen. Het bed is standaard opgemaakt met een tweepersoonsdekbed, maar kan op verzoek opgemaakt worden met 2 eenpersoonsdekbedden.
De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien om een ontbijt en lunch te maken en de mogelijkheid om een warme maaltijd te bereiden.
De badkamer heeft een wastafel, toilet en regendouche.
Je hebt veel privacy in dit moderne en schone appartement op de begane grond met een eigen ingang en hoge ramen die zorgen voor aangenaam licht. Het appartement ligt in het centrum aan een rustige straat. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen zodat je je welkom en thuis voelt.
Ik heb interactie met de gasten wanneer dat op prijs wordt gesteld en ik zal wat informatie geven over de stad en de omgeving.
Betaald parkeren is mogelijk in het centrum van 8 uur ’s ochtends tot 8 uur ’s avonds van maandag tot zaterdag. Er is echter gratis parkeergelegenheid aan de Oude Veerseweg, op ongeveer 700 meter van de accommodatie.
Toeristenbelasting moet contant worden betaald bij aankomst.
